Center for the Study of Rural Librarianship

The Center for the Study of Rural Librarianship is a great resource for small town librarians.  Clarion University of Pennsylvania established the Center as a research, consulting and continuing education facility.  Its mission is "to extend knowledge relative to the nature and role of rural and small libraries on a global basis."  Their site has a collection of links of interest, so take some time to explore!

Hey, that's near where I grew up! And I can vouch for that area knowing "rural" very well. Looks good--I'll be exploring this site much more thoroughly.
