“In with the new” is a saying often associated with New Year’s celebrations, but it is completely apt for the library this month. We have boxes full of new books arriving every week, and there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. Check the ”What’s New” section of our web site (www.greenlakelibrary.org [1]) or browse the displays throughout the library – we have wonderful new titles for babies through grown-ups, wonderful tales and amazing true stories from established favorite authors and newcomers alike.

Last week the library was honored to receive the Friends of 4-H award from the Green Lake County 4-H Leaders Association. It was a good reminder that what we consider “just doing our job” really does have an impact on our community. Thanks.
