The library is pleased to serve as a cooling center for the community during this long hot summer. If you know of anyone who needs a safe place to cool down during the heat of the day, please send them our way.

We have music to delight you this weekend! Friday afternoon we host the final concert in the Green Lake Festival of Music’s family series. Noah Harmon presents “Jazzin’ All Around” at 1:30, in front of the fireplace. The concert is free and open to everyone, so I hope you will stop in for some cool jazz on a hot afternoon.

I hope everyone enjoyed a safe and happy 4^th. If you’re looking to extend the celebration, or just for a spot to cool off for a while, head on over to the library for one (or more) of our upcoming events.
