Bound for Glory

Bound for Glory: America in Color, 1939-1943 is a Library of Congress site that offers color photographs taken by the Farm Security Administration/Office of War Information.  The photos show the effects of the Depression on rural communities and people, America's recovery from the Depression, and then the mobilization for World War II.
