It's Ba-ack!

TABOR amendment fate remains uncertain today

TABOR returns in a last-minute effort to get the legislation passed this session. The GOP is pushing the Tax Payer's Bill of Rights which would place limits on local government spending, hindering growth of public services like libraries.

This final effort has been done in secrecy, and during the Democratic National Convention.
