Children's Library Records

PDF Bills Signed by Governor on 4/8

Governor Doyle signed Assembly Bill 169 into law over the objections of the Wisconsin Library Association. In Wisconsin parents and guardians are now allowed to request the library records of a child until 16 from a public library. I gather that we will get information in the next week to change our policies and procedures to comply. Sigh.
