Lots of great things happening at the library over the next week, so I’m going to jump right in.
First off, tonight we welcome the new Green Lake County Extension Family Living Educator Katie Gellings to the library for Canning 101: Safe and Healthy Preserving. I know it’s a bit late in the season for a canning program, but there are still applesauce and apple butter and pear jelly and my neighbor’s raspberries just won’t quit and…anyway, it’s not too late for some tips and tricks. Katie’s presentation begins at 6:30.
